Introduction. In the postoperative period after total mastectomy, patients develop postmastectomy syndrome, including upper limb lymphedema and a number of neuropsychiatric disorders that affect functional state brain reduce quality life. Purpose study . Evaluation changes in connectivity default mode network with post-mastectomy syndrome using resting MRI. Materials methods. Resting MRI was performed to 46 aged 30 50 years neurological late (>6 months) radical mastectomy for breast cancer, as well 20 healthy women from control group. Results.
